Space to breathe deeply.
Rhythm to slow.
Time to arrive.

Mountainside Collective is a small, intentional series of in-house retreats curated and hosted by the Mountainside team. Each experience is designed to create the conditions for deep exhale — where the pace of life softens, the nervous system settles, and presence returns naturally.

This is not about doing more.
It’s about creating enough space to simply be.

The heart of mountainside

Mountainside has always done one thing exceptionally well.

It creates the space to breathe deeply.
To slow the rhythmic pace of everyday life. To arrive — not just physically, but internally.

Over the years, we’ve watched this happen again and again. Guests arrive carrying full lives — responsibilities, expectations, decision fatigue — and within a day or two, something softens. Conversations slow. Mornings stretch. Breaths deepen.

Not because they were taught anything.
Not because they were fixed.
But because they were given time, nature, and space without demand.

This is not about doing more.
It’s about creating enough space to simply be.

Room to breathe again

Why We Created the Mountainside Collective

What stayed with us were the moments in between.

Shared meals that lingered.
Quiet mornings without agenda.
Unhurried conversations by the fire.
The grounding presence of the land itself.

The Mountainside Collective grew from a desire to protect those moments — and to shape them intentionally, without over-structuring or over-explaining.

Rather than hosting one-off experiences, we chose to create a small, recurring collection of retreats that honor what Mountainside does best: creating environments where people can slow down enough to truly arrive.

An invitation to be

How The Experience is Held

Each Mountainside Collective retreat is curated and hosted by the Mountainside team and supported by trusted practitioners whose work aligns with our philosophy of presence, gentleness, and care.

The structure is intentionally light.

Experiences are woven into the day in a way that feels supportive rather than directive, leaving generous room for rest, reflection, and organic connection.

Guests are invited — never required — to participate in what feels right for them.

A different kind of retreat

Rather than filling the schedule, we focus on creating rhythm.

Small group sizes
Spacious, unhurried days
Nature-led experiences
Thoughtfully prepared meals
Time for solitude, connection, or quiet wandering
Fully inclusive, high-touch care

Everything is designed to support ease — not effort.

We curate the space and the rhythm; you simply arrive and let the exhale happen.

The Retreats

The Art of Your Retreat Experience

Each element is placed with intention, allowing the day to unfold at a pace that invites the breath to slow and the body to settle.

Depending on the retreat, guests may experience:

Gentle morning embodiment practices
Guided time in nature
Evening sound experiences
Long, open afternoons for rest or exploration
One-on-one bodywork

Rather than offering a single experience, the Mountainside Collective includes a small collection of retreats — each with its own focus — allowing guests to choose what feels most aligned for where they are right now.
