An Invitation to Reconnect

The Couples Retreat is a 4-day, fully inclusive experience created for partners who spend much of their lives managing work, family, and responsibility — and want uninterrupted time together in a setting that naturally slows the pace.

This retreat is not about fixing anything.
There is no agenda for your relationship.
No expectations. No pressure.

Instead, it offers space — to be together without distraction, decision-making, or demand. Time to reconnect through shared meals, quiet mornings, and unhurried evenings.

How the Retreat is Held

The Couples Retreat is curated and hosted by the Mountainside team, with select experiences offered by trusted practitioners whose work supports presence, relaxation, and ease.

The structure is intentionally light. Days offer gentle touchpoints while leaving generous time for couples to move at their own pace — whether that means resting, exploring, or simply being together.

Participation in any guided experience is always optional.
