What the Days Feel Like

Days flow naturally between invigorating adventure and restorative downtime. You may experience:

  • Morning gentle movement to expand your energy, followed by an optional guided hike to explore the mountains
  • Midday choice time — continue exploring scenic trails or return to the property to exhale and rest deeply
  • Evening chef-prepared communal meals, optional sound bath, fireside connection, and stargazing

Everything is an invitation. You choose both how to balance challenge with chill time that honors what your body and mind (and soul! need.

Sound Bath
Erin Boedeker
Erin Boedeker is a deeply grounded practitioner with a strong background in holistic wellness. She is a licensed acupuncturist and wellness professional who integrates multiple healing modalities to support balance and nervous system regulation. Erin brings a calm, intentional presence to her sound bath experiences, creating an environment where participants can relax deeply and reconnect with themselves. Her work is rooted in traditional healing practices and a comprehensive understanding of mind-body wellness.
Forest Bathing
Ellen Horowitz
Ellen Horowitz is a certified forest bathing guide and a respected educator in the community. She leads immersive nature experiences designed to help participants slow down, reconnect with the natural world, and restore balance through mindful engagement with the forest environment. Ellen is well known locally for her work teaching classes at the community college and through the Glacier Institute in Glacier National Park. Her guided forest bathing sessions offer a thoughtful and restorative approach to nature-based wellness.
Massage Therapy
Stacy Janckila, LMT, NMT

Stacy Janckila is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Neuromuscular Therapist whose work focuses on deeply restorative bodywork and nervous system support. In addition to therapeutic massage, she offers Craniosacral Therapy (CST), a gentle modality that works with the nervous system and fascia to encourage relaxation, release tension patterns, and support the body’s natural healing processes. Stacy has shared that the nervous system retreat aligns closely with the work she loves most—combining massage and CST to create deeply grounding and regulating experiences for her clients. 

Yoga
Val B YOGA
Val is a dedicated yoga instructor whose teaching focuses on helping students build a deeper connection between breath, movement, and mindfulness. Through thoughtful sequencing and an approachable teaching style, she creates welcoming classes that support strength, mobility, and nervous system regulation. Her sessions encourage participants to slow down, tune into their bodies, and cultivate a sense of balance and presence—making her a wonderful addition to the retreat experience.
