Rooms at The Coop
Calling to mind an old-fashioned mercantile, The Coop is an upcycled, freshly remodeled building featuring six queen suite guest rooms and a wraparound porch. The Coop rooms are a quick three-minute walk from The Roost and the Mountainside event venue.
Each guest room features a luxurious queen bed, a perfectly appointed kitchenette, an en suite bathroom and a cozy seating area. Every Mountainside stay also includes a delicious breakfast basket delivered to your doorstep.
The Coop’s wraparound porch offers spacious seating at both ends of the building, with couches, chairs, and hammocks for enjoying the warm morning sun or a cool, shaded afternoon. The manicured grounds face National Forest land, creating a feeling of welcome and serenity among the pines. During the winter, cozy up around one of our firepits after a great day of skiing or snowshoeing.

The Sussex
This northernmost suite is just steps from the shade porch. It’s perfect for taking in the tree-soaked view from a hammock or sinking into in your room’s comfy chairs for a late night chat.
The Wyandotte
This suite is perfectly suited for a solo traveler or a couple looking to spread out. It features a cozy nook for enjoying a cup of tea or journaling, complete with an over-the-chair side table and a storage bench for extra seating.
The Bantam
A book lover’s dream, this room offers an extra plush swivel chair as well as an upholstered storage bench. Curl up under a throw blanket and get lost in a new book borrowed from our library.
The Orpington
Perfect for two, this room features a fun nautical stripe motif and two cozy slipper chairs. Get competitive with a game of cards or catch up over a glass of wine as you unwind at the end of your day.
The Australorp
With fun pops of color and a handy storage cabinet, this room is as warm and functional as it is cheerful and bright. The two comfortable chairs are a great place to enjoy your morning coffee and plan the day’s adventures.
The Leghorn
This southernmost suite is closest to the sun porch. It’s perfect for getting energized in the sunshine, just steps from your door. Inside your room, a plush swivel glider and fuzzy pouf offer more options for cozying up and relaxing.
